◯All of our finished power cables are designed to have a service life of 3 years.
Please be sure to inspect once a year. If any abnormality is found, immediately stop using it.
Check for loose screws, dust at the insertion point, deformation or discoloration of the blade, scratches or tears on the cable, etc.

◯We do not guarantee the compatibility of the parts and finished cables we handle with your equipment.
Even if the male and female are the same standard, they may not be usable if the female is recessed.
We cannot accept returns or refunds in other cases, so please understand.
◯About cut-to-length products
All cut-to-length products in our store are 1m x 1 in 1 cart, and 5m x 1 in 5 carts.
Please do not worry, as it is not 1m x 5 in 5 carts.
◯The cable may not be printed depending on the number of meters.
If there is no mistake in the product, returns and refunds are not possible, so please understand.
◯The color of the outer membrane may change depending on the lot, even for cables with the same model number. Thank you for your understanding.

Cut-to-length and finished cables at our store are packaged simply.

◯About the length of the finished cable
The length of our finished products refers to the length of the cable cut out.
Please note that this is not the length of both ends of the plug.
In addition, there may be differences in length even for the same product.
If the cut length is shorter than the specified length, we will accept returns and refunds, but we cut it to the specified length + 2 to 3 cm and manage it to be less than 1 cm as a standard, but please understand that there may be some errors as it is done manually.
◯ Our finished banana cable may come off due to shaking during delivery.
The plug is originally detachable, so it does not mean that it is defective, so please understand.
If you would like it to be fixed with glue and shipped, please contact us separately and we will do it free of charge.
If it is detachable, we will continue to devise ways to attach it so that it does not come off, but it may come off due to vibration during shipping or listening.
We cannot refund, cancel, or compensate in such cases.
Please note that you will be responsible for any maintenance such as tightening the screws after that.
*We ship on Sundays and holidays, but we will ship it first from the Amazon store with a rush order fee. If you are in a hurry, please purchase it from the Amazon store.
