Defective products

●Our original cables are manufactured in-house.

●About cut-to-length products: Cables may have kinks or scratches caused when wound onto a reel. Please note that some may occur during the factory or transportation.
●About 1m cut-to-length products: All cut-to-length products sold at our store are 1m x 1 per cart, and 5m x 1 per cart. 5 carts do not include 1m x 5, so please purchase without worry.
●About general retail products: Manufacturers may make minor changes to parts and materials without notice.
We cannot accept returns for products that the manufacturer does not replace, so please understand this.
