Returns and Exchanges

We will only accept returns and exchanges if the following conditions are met.

Product Defects: If the product is damaged, dirty, or different from the product you ordered.

Customer's Reasons: If the product is unused and unopened.
*As finished products and cut-to-order products are made to order, they cannot be canceled or returned except for defective products. Thank you for your understanding.


Conditions for Returns and Exchanges


Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused and unopened.
All accessories must be included.
In the case of returns or exchanges due to customer's reasons, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
If a return is accepted, an additional 1,000 yen will be charged, including handling fees and shipping.
Depending on the weight of the returned product, additional shipping fees may be charged.

Some products, such as sale items and outlet items, cannot be returned or exchanged.
